Over the past 10 years, he has created or significantly influenced the standardized legal documentation for this sector of legal services. Artúr’s key area of expertise lies in transactions and projects involving companies in various business sectors, particularly technology companies and high-value-added sectors. His clients include numerous leading start-ups operating in the Slovak Republic, as well as prominent investor-backed platforms. Artúr has unique experience in structuring and implementing joint ventures and incentive schemes such as ESOP and PSOP. Throughout his career, he has successfully concluded hundreds of mergers, acquisitions, and investment transactions.
