DVORSKÁ Katarína

Katarína is an attorney at AKF Legal. She has extensive experience in commercial law and real estate law (acquisitions, investments, sales, and lease of property), as well as administrative proceedings, particularly related to permitting and construction of real estate projects. In the past, she served as the head of the legal department at CORWIN, where she provided legal support to top management and other levels of management within the company group. Thanks to her practical experience from her previous role, Katarína has exceptional understanding of the functioning of corporate and intra-group structures in the implementation of real estate projects. Katarína also regularly represents clients in disputes related to commercial law, contract law, labor law, and debt recovery.
